Description:
Children and their special “big person” are invited to Buck Shoals State Park 8 a.m. - noon to fish in a stocked lake. The lake is stocked with catfish, bass, and bream. Fish caught can be kept. Bring your own bait and rod. No corn, please. Buck Shoals is an unopened state park. This is a special opportunity to see the park and fish on the lake. Youth Fishing Days will take place every third Saturday of the month through September. Call 706-878- 3087 for more information. There is a $5 parking fee, but the event is free.

$5.00 per vehicle parking fee. No additional charge for event.
