he Lumpkin and White County VFW Post 5533 will have its first meeting in Cleveland at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, in the Roy Ash Jr. Community Room.
The Post is looking for new members, and some officer positions are open and ready to be filled. VFW programs for White County will be discussed at the Aug. 1 meeting.
