Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, whether or not now due and payable), the right of redemption of any taxing authority, any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, zoning ordinances, restrictions, covenants, and matters of record superior to the Security Deed first set out above.

INDICTMENTS
The Grand Jury addressed 24 bills of indictment resulting in 24 True Bills, 0 No Bills and 0 tabled.
COMMENDATIONS
This Grand Jury extends its appreciation to the Honorable Raymond E. George, Judge, for his assistance to this body.
The Grand Jury would like to commend Jeff Langley, the District Attorney, and his staff for their guidance and assistance during our session. Additionally, we commend our Bailiff, Jerry Foster, for his commitment to this Grand Jury.
The Grand Jury would like to commend all the law enforcement officers who appeared before this body. We appreciate their professionalism and the care given to the preparation of their cases.
We appreciate the dedication, professionalism and loyalty of personnel serving our County. We especially thank the following individuals who provided information to this Grand Jury: Garrison Baker, and Dena Adams.
RETURNS TO THE GRAND JURY
Sheriff Neal Walden appeared before the Grand Jury and submitted an oral and written, report on the budget for the White County Sheriff's Office. The report presented by Sheriff Walden meets the requirements of O.C.G.A. 36-1-7(a) and was found to be correct. We wish to thank Sheriff Walden for his presentment.
Probate Judge Garrison Baker submitted a written report regarding his office. The report that was presented by Judge Baker meets the requirements of O.C.G.A. 36-1-7(a) and was found to be correct.
Dena Adams, Clerk of Superior Court, appeared before the Grand Jury and submitted an oral and written, report on the budget for the White County Clerk's Office. The report presented by Dena Adams meets the requirements of O.C.G.A.36-1-7(a) and was found to be correct. We wish to thank Dena Adams for her presentment.
INSPECTIONS
An inspection of the offices and operations of the following offices was conducted by the Grand Jury pursuant to O.C.G.A. 15-12-71(b)(1):
The White County Detention Center was inspected and the sanitation meets high standards. We also found the facility to be very well maintained and run efficiently. The facility is adequately ventilated. The jail book was inspected and found to be in order.
RECOMMENDATIONS
The Grand Jury recommends that the county make the pay of Law Enforcement personnel commensurate with the houly rate paid in surrounding counties.
