Pets of the week: June 1

Pets of the week for the week of June 1 from White County Animal Control and Charles Smithgall Humane Society.

Adalyn is an 8-month-old female who is super sweet. Adalyn enjoys being petted, and lying in someone’s lap. Adalyn would love a place to call her own, with plenty of comfy places to lay and relax. Missy is a 3-year-old female hound mix. She was super shy when she came in, but has come to love people and enjoy walks and playtime. Missy loves treats, and loves attention.

At Charles Smithgall Humane Society, Shasta is an absolutely gorgeous young dog. She’s an American Blue Heeler mix. She’s three years old and weighs 58 pounds. Shasta is timid, but once she trusts you she is loyal, faithful and dedicated to her person. She tries hard to please and she’s smart. She may do best as an only dog. Dori is an absolute love. She’s grown up in our shelter and has the funniest personality. She’s very social and playful. She’s small and appears kitten-like, but she’s a little more than a year old. She loves being around people and likes to get their attention. Dori does well with other kitties.
