No foul play is suspected in a Cleveland death investigation.
According to Cleveland Police Department Chief Jeff Shoemaker in a press release, at approximately 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, officers responded to a residence on Bertha Court in regards to an unresponsive person.
"Upon arrival the officers located a deceased male who had apparently suffered an accident incident the home," Shoemaker said.
The White County Coroner's Office and Georgia Bureau of Investigations are assisting in the investigation, which is still ongoing. The name of the victim has not been released and is pending next of kin notification.
