TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the described property as Fischer Strasse, Helen, Georgia 30545
(Tax Parcel 056A 182), as follows, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 056A 182, lying and being in Land Lots 8 & 25 of the 3rd Land District, White County, Georgia, being Lot 82, Block D, Phase 1, Innsbruck Subdivision, shown in Plat Book 7, Page 9, described in Deed Book 1476, Page 288, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, located on Fischer Strasse.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 5th day of July, 2024, or 30 days from service of notice.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of July, 2021, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of White County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1820, Page 535.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 5th day of July, 2024, or 30 days from service of notice, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: David A. Basil, LLC, 301 Bradley Street, Suite B-7, Carrollton, Georgia, 30117.
