Reporting executive order violations

To report a business violating Gov. Brian Kemp's executive order, go to www.gov.georgia.gov, click on “Contact Us” and then click on “Constituent Services.” That will take you to a form to fill out, according to White County Public Safety Director David Murphy. Do not call 911.

Please include the following information in their report:

1. Business Name

2. Address

3. County

4. Telephone Number

5. Specific details of the complaint
