ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLE
PETITION ADVERTISEMENT
You are hereby notified, in acordance with O.C.G.A. Section 40-11-19.1, that petitions were filed in the Magistrate Court of WHITE County to foreclose liens against the vehicles listed below for all amounts owed. If a lien is foreclosed, the Court shall order the sale of the vehicle to satisfy the debt. The present location of the vehicles is: 5933 Hwy 115 East, Cleveland, GA 30528.

INDICTMENTS
The Grand Jury addressed 41 bills of indictment resulting in 40 True Bills, 1 No Bills and 0 tabled.

COMMENDATIONS
This Grand Jury extends its appreciation to the Honorable Larry Salmon, Judge, for his assistance to this body.
The Grand Jury would like to commend William Clark, the Chief Assistant District Attorney, and his staff for their guidance and assistance during our session. Additionally, we commend our Bailiff, Jerry Foster, for his commitment to this Grand Jury.
The Grand Jury would like to commend all the law enforcement officers who appeared before this body. We appreciate their professionalism and the care given to the preparation of their cases.
We appreciate the dedication, professionalism and loyalty of personnel serving our County. We especially thank the following individuals who provided information to this Grand Jury: Garrison Baker, and Dena Adams.

RETURNS TO THE GRAND JURY
Probate Judge Garrison Baker submitted a written report regarding his office. The report that was presented by Judge Baker meets the requirements of O.C.G.A. 36-1-7(a) and was found to be correct.
Dena Adams, Clerk of Superior Court, appeared before the Grand Jury and submitted an oral and written report on the budget for the White County Clerk's Office. The report presented by Dena Adams meets the requirements of O.C.G.A.36-1-7(a) and was found to be correct. We wish to thank Dena Adams for her presentment.
