Water line breaks in Helen, road closed

Chattahoochee Strasse in Helen has been closed today, Thursday, July 16, due to a major waterline break. According to a notice sent out by the city, Chattahoochee Strasse is closed from Main Street to Edelweiss Strasse. The street will remain closed until the line is repaired. There is no estimated time on when repairs will be completed. All customers in this area will have no water.
