City of Helen to work on water tank

The City of Helen will begin work to refurbish the Innsbruck water tank starting March 11. According to a notice sent out by the city, the work is expected to take three weeks. 

"During this period, Innsbruck water system will run off the booster pump and customers will experience a slight reduction in water pressure. If you experience a significant amount of pressure loss, please contact Helen City Hall at 706-878-2733. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause," the notice said.
