Pets of the Week: Jan. 27

Pets of the week for the week of Jan. 27 from White County Animal Control and Charles Smithgall Humane Society.

At White County Animal Control, Teddy is a one-year-old male shepherd mix who is just wonderful! Teddy came to Animal Control as a stray, but they think he has had a family in the past because he is house trained and appears to do well with other dogs. Come and meet this boy who is just a lovebug. He would be the perfect addition to any family. Phoenix is an eight-month-old Pit mix who is a wiggle-butt. Phoenix is a great boy and it looks like he gets along great with people and other dogs. This big couch potato would love nothing more than a big couch and someone to lie with.

At Charles Smithgall Humane Society, Daizy is thought to be a Shar-Pei/retriever mix. She’s three years old. She loves other dogs and loves being with people. Daizy is energetic and needs to be active. She’s smart and learns commands easily. She doesn’t like cats or small animals and will need to be in a home without them. Will is a beautiful four-year-old black and white tuxedo cat. Will is sweet, playful and social. He should do well with other kitties having lived with other cats his whole life.
