by Noah Johnson White County News   A local resident is designing one-of-a-kind outfits for not people, but for man’s best friend. Linda Higgins, an interior designer who moved to the area two years ago has been designing and hand-making elegant outfits for dogs of any size.

NGTC names Barrett chairman

North Georgia Technical College Board of Directors recently inducted Gilbert Barrett of Demorest, as chairman of the board for the college. Barrett has served on the NGTC Board of Directors for two terms since 2018 and will serve as chairman for two years.
