The White County News welcomes your views and opinions. Deadline is 5 p.m. on Monday.
Letters submitted for publication must be exclusive to the White County News and must include the writer’s first and last name, street address and a daytime phone number for verification. The letter writer’s name and city of residence will be published.
Letters will be edited as needed and should be limited to 350 words. Briefer letters are better. The newspaper will publish at most two letters per 30-day period from the same writer.
We will not accept letters that endorse or criticize a business.
Publication of any letter is subject to the discretion of the editor. All views expressed in any letter is that of the writer. The White County News reserves the right to edit any letter or not publish at all.
