Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Provisions of O.C.G.A. Section 36-66-4, the City of Helen will hold public hearings regarding the proposed zoning classification of 7.51 acres owned by Red Cedar Properties LLC
(115 Escowee Dr./White County Tax Assessor parcel number H03D 001). Said property has been proposed for rezoning to C-3 (Highway Commercial) from the existing zoning of L-1 (Light Industrial). Said property has been proposed for the conditional use of commercial entertainment and recreation within the C-3 classification.
