Christmas in the Mountains Festival and Lighted Parade will be Saturday, Dec. 7

The annual Christmas in the Mountains Festival and Lighted Parade event will be held on Saturday, Dec. 7. An old-fashioned Christmas in the Mountains in downtown Cleveland. There will be Christmas carols, hot cocoa and cookies, kids activities, arts & crafts, food booths and more! There will be activities in Freedom Park from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. There will be performances from the choirs from Tesnatee Gap Elementary School, Jack P. Nix Elementary and White County Middle School from 5 p.m. until 6:45 p.m. At 5:50 p.m., the community Christmas tree will be it by County Commissioner Terry Goodger.
