The unofficial 2019 Helen and Cleveland municipal election results are as follows:

Helen City Commission

Jeff Ash: 103
Cinnamon Spurlock: 63
Fred Garmon: 73

A total of 135 voters cast ballots out of 518 registered voters.

Cleveland "brunch bill" referendum question:

Shall the governing authority of City of Cleveland, Georgia be authorized to permit and regulate Sunday sales of distilled spirits or alcoholic beverages for beverage purposes by the drink from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.?

Yes: 49
No: 34

A total of 83 residents voted out of 2,021 registered voters.
