Pets of the Week: Jan. 6

Pets of the week for the week of Jan. 6 from White County Animal Control and Charles Smithgall Humane Society.

At White County Animal Control, Julie is a 3-year-old spayed female Pitt mix. She appears to be good with other dogs, and loves people. Poor Julie doesn't seem to know what toys are, so she just searches for attention. Creed (formally Bailor) is a sweet boy that has been here before. Creed was adopted and returned to us because his owners did not have enough time to spend with him, and he just got bored at home. We think Creed would do wonderful with a playmate and large family.

At Charles Smithgall Humane Society, Walter is a handsome little puppy. He’s almost four months old and as cute as they come. Walter is a Plott hound mix with a gorgeous cream and light brown colored coat. Walter is playful, smart and sweet. He’s a happy-go-lucky boy with a big personality. Peaches is a gorgeous tabby cat. She’s nearly four years old and ready to find her forever home. Peaches is unassuming. She makes no demands and is so sweet and affectionate. She enjoys being around people and does well with other kitties. She’s ready to give a lifetime of snuggles and purrs for the family who welcomes her home.
