United Way passes campaign goal

The United Way of White County has topped its campaign goal of $80,000, with distribution of funding to more than a dozen local not-for-profit organizations scheduled for Feb. 23.

The White County Board of Education is considering changing its policy to allow sixth grade students to participate in all middle school sports.
