Walden honored for 41-year career as retirement nears

Longtime White County Sheriff Neal Walden was showered with words of praise and gifts at a Dec. 3 celebration of his upcoming retirement, held at First Baptist Church in Cleveland. Several speakers lined up to honor Walden for his 41-year career in law enforcement, including 29 years as sheriff.
