Pets of the Week: June 22

Pets of the week for the week of June 22 from White County Animal Control and Charles Smithgall Humane Society.

Joker is a 1 ½ -year-old male lab mix who has been at the shelter since February. Joker is a wonderful guy who absolutely loves to run and play with toys, and loves cuddles as well. Joker loves the ladies, and is a little selective with male dogs, so we always recommend a meet-and-greet. This fabulous boy knows how to sit on command, and just wants to please a new family. Come meet Joker! Roxie is a female lab mix and is about 2 years old. Roxie is super energetic and would do great with a family to keep her busy. Roxie loves treats, and always wants some attention or someone to play with her. Sweet Roxie is so bored here at the shelter, and throws her food bowl around to let us know she’s ready to go for a walk.

Herschel is an outgoing and sweet dog. He’s a five-year-old Labrador retriever mix. He’s 54 pounds of pure love. Herschel is friendly and calm. He loves being with people. He loves car rides and walking with his person. He’s dog and cat friendly. Herschel is smart and knows many commands. He’s a terrific dog. Ruby and her brother Rockie are adorable! They are two peas in a pod. They love to run and chase each other before they snuggle up for a good nap. These kittens will do best staying together and we hope that a wonderful family comes along to make them their own.
