Pets of the Week: Sept. 30

Pets of the week for the week of Sept. 30 from White County Animal Control and Charles Smithgall Humane Society.

At White County Animal Control, Aries is a 2-year-old female retriever mix that is just beautiful. We have just started to see Aries personality coming out, she has been so shy since she came in. We haven't even heard her bark. It takes a little time, but after she gets comfortable with you, Aries is a big lovely lap dog. Jackie is 8-month-old Calico girl who loves to play! This sweetie would be the perfect family cat, and would double as the perfect mouser! Jackie enjoys head pats, and sitting on your shoulder.

At Charles Smithgall Humane Society, Shelley is a three-year-old dream dog. She is nothing but kind and gentle. She loves being with people. She is a strong walker, but enjoys walking. She also seems to be house-trained. If you’re looking for a young dog with a calm and gentle demeanor, come meet our Shelly. We bet you’ll fall in love as we have. Grace is 9 ½ years old. She is a terrific girl who loves to snuggle for a good nap. She’s absolutely beautiful with the greenest of eyes. Grace loves being an indoor girl and enjoys being with other kitties.
