Cleveland needs lottery for licenses

by Samantha Sinclair White County News   With its parade and tapping of the first keg Saturday afternoon, Helen’s 53rd Oktoberfest is underway. The festival is the longest running in the U.S., ending on Oct. 29. The parade’s grand marshal was Bob Stacey of Hofbrauhaus USA.

by Samantha Sinclair White County News   After about 35 minutes of discussion in executive session Tuesday night, the Cleveland City Council decided to purchase the former Ward’s Funeral Home property just behind Freedom Park. Per the motion made by Councilman C.J.
