Larry "Sam" David Thomas, 69, of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022, in Glasgow, Kentucky, while deer hunting, the hobby he enjoyed most. Mr. Thomas was born March 12, 1953, in Cleveland, he was the son of the late Jody and Lula Mae Wood Thomas.

William Russell Stokes, III

William Russell Stokes III, 85, of Sautee, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022. Mr. Stokes was born Dec. 3, 1936, in Fitzgerald, he was the son of the late William Russell Stokes Jr. and Elizabeth Harbuck Stokes.  Mr. Stokes was a graduate of Georgia Tech with a Civil Engineering Degree.

Peggy Ann Anderson, 83, of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022. Mrs. Anderson was born on May 29, 1939, in White County, to the late Noel and Mary Lou Sargent Ayers. She worked as a cloth inspector at Clark Schwebel.

Patricia 'Pat' Nordan, 92, of Cleveland, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022. Mrs. Nordan was born on Nov. 18, 1929, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Edgar and Willie Ruth Thompson Patton. She and her mother owned Ruth Patton's Florist.

LaVerne London Berrong, 85, and a lifelong resident of Cleveland, Georgia, ran into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Nov. 6, 2022. Born in Hall County Georgia on Aug. 5, 1937, she was a twin and the 11th of 12 children born to John Graves and Flary Cantrell London.
