by Mark Turner White County News   In three weeks, the spring sports season will get going for a handful of White County High School teams. Most, if not all, of the WCHS baseball, soccer, tennis, track and golf teams have already started preseason work in anticipation of the start of the season.

The White County High School basketball teams spent some time at the beach during Christmas break, with teams posting third place finishes at the Seahawk Holiday Classic at Hilton Head High School in South Carolina.

Warriors get in holiday mat work

by Mark Turner White County News   It’s been a busy holiday season for the White County wrestling team. The Warriors competed in a pair of events last week, and will be back on the mat today at the Hook 'Em Classic at Lambert High School in Forsyth County.

Yeh moves up WCHS scoring list

by Mark Turner White County News   The first time Jadon Yeh stepped on the court as a member of the White County High School basketball team, it was pretty obvious that the tall, skinny son of a college basketball coach was going to have a pretty good high school career.

WC wins Top 10 battle

by Mark Turner White County News   It's early in the Region 7-AAA race, but the White County Lady Warriors have already made some noise and jumped up to the top of the leaderboard.
