10U girls basketball team wins GRPA title

White County is the new home of a  Georgia Recreation Parks Association's Class C state champion. Last weekend in Evans County, the Lady Warriors' 10U team went 4-0 to capture the state title.

Beach ends state Run: Bulldogs' defense keys late rally; Warriors fall short of first Elite 8 berth

A historic season came to an end last weekend for the White County Warriors' basketball team. The Warriors (18-12) suffered a heartbreaking 57-52 loss last Saturday to Beach in the second round of the Class AAA state tournament.

Lady Warriors' season ends

When you are playing on the road in the first round of the state tournament against a Top 10 opponent, the last thing you want to do is get off to a slow start. That's what happened to the White County Lady Warriors Tuesday night in Norcross in the opening round of the Class AAA playoffs.

In the middle of the third quarter of the 7-AAA championship game Tuesday night at Cherokee Bluff, it looked like the White County Warriors might be on their way to the program's first-ever region championship.

Warriors basketball wins 7-AAA opener

The White County High School basketball teams opened the 7-AAA schedule Tuesday night in Cleveland, getting a split with Dawson County. The Warriors used a big second half effort to get past the Tigers, 71-52, while the Lady Warriors dropped a 62-47 decision.

Warriors ready to tip off summer hoops schedule

Warriors fall short in region title battle

In high school basketball, it's hard to beat a good team three times during the season, and unfortunately for the White County Warriors that proved to be true Tuesday night in the Region 7-AAA championship game.
