County gets state funds for Claude Sims Road project

The White County Board of Commissioners signed off on a pair of items Monday that will have the state covering large portions of two transportation improvement projects.

Starting Thursday, Sept. 9, there will be a traffic shift on Hulsey Road due to construction for phase 3 of the bypass.

Starting Thursday, Sept. 9, there will be a traffic shift on Hulsey Road due to construction for phase 3 of the bypass. According to the Georgia Department of Transportation, the traffic shift will take place on Hulsey Road from Helen Highway to U.S. 129.
