Staff reports   When Steve Khale, owner of Mountain Marble and Tile on U.S. 129, arrived at his office Feb. 14 to begin operations, he witnessed a truly upsetting situation unfold before him as his entire workshop had been submerged waist-high in water.

Lumsden retires after 32 years
