Lumsden retires after 32 years

by Eric Tiongson White County News As snow fell over White County in the middle of January, John Lumsden was grateful that he would finally have some time to relax. Instead of having to go out in the storm, all Lumsden was concerned about was how many logs he should put in his fireplace.

by Eric Tiongson White County News   Javier Calva is from Mexico. Stephanie Calva is from Germany. Working together at Cafe Cancun in Cleveland brought them together. The rest is history. The Calvas went on their first date to the movies back in 2012.

City Council amends zoning ordinance

by Patrick Fargason White County News   Following a public hearing, the Cleveland City Council voted unanimously to approve a zoning amendment to allow for more multi-family usage during its regularly scheduled meeting Feb. 10.
