Staff reports   Election Day for Helen municipal races is Tuesday, Nov. 7. Helen voters will be voting to fill two seats on the city commission. Voters will have four candidates to choose from on the ballot – Mervin Barbree, Josh Garrison, Lee Landress and Randy Summers.
