Top golfers set for WC Spring Swing

by Mark Turner White County News   Some of the top high school female golfers will be in Clarkesville for the 18th annual White County High School Spring Swing tournament. The event tees off Saturday morning with a shotgun start set for 9 a.m.

WCHS competes at Roswell Relays

WC girls post region wins

by Mark Turner White County News   With the 7-AAA tennis tournament only a couple of weeks away, the White County High School teams are still battling for seeding position. WCHS hosted a region match Tuesday with Gilmer, the first of two home region matches this week.

TMU teams fall in conference tourney

Staff report   The 2024 collegiate basketball season came to an end for the Truett McConnell squads last week at the Appalachian Athletic Conference tournament in Kingsport, Tenn. Both of the TMU teams advanced to the quarterfinal round with opening round wins.
