White County School System announced today it will hold a professional development day on Thursday, March 11, to allow teachers and staff the opportunity to get the COVID vaccine.
COVID-19 vaccination efforts were in full swing this week with multiple mass patient clinics led by the White County Health Department, MedLink Georgia and state emergency management.
Winter storms that wreaked havoc on Texas and other parts of country have also affected COVID-19 vaccination efforts in Georgia.
More COVID-19 mass vaccination clinics are planned to allow providers additional space to process more patients as supplies allow.
