Pets of the week for the week of July 27 from White County Animal Control and Charles Smithgall Humane Society. Bocephus is a male pit/mix, and is about a year old. Bocephus has been a pleasure to have at the shelter, and is super playful.

Pets of the week for the week of July 20 from Charles Smithgall Humane Society. Andy is a gorgeous German shepherd mix. He’s 10 months old and weighs 65 lbs. Andy wasn’t treated well and he still bears some scares. He loves people, but he’s cautious at first.

Pets of the week for the week of July 6 from Charles Smithgall Humane Society. Mae Belle is just about perfect. She’s sweet, calm, affectionate, friendly, well-behaved, and house-trained. She’s almost five years old. She’s a bull terrier/bull mastiff mix weighing 65 lbs.

Pets of the week for the week of June 29 from Charles Smithgall Humane Society. Corn Dog is a dream puppy. He’s about four months old. He has a sweet and calm demeanor, if a little shy. He’s well-behaved, smart and picks up training easily. He lives for belly rubs and ear scratches.

Pets of the week for the week of June 15 from White County Animal Control and Charles Smithgall Humane Society. Cake is a 7-month-old male who loves to play, and loves other cats. Cake would thrive in a home with other pets, or someone to play with often.

Pets of the week for the week of June 8 from White County Animal Control and Charles Smithgall Humane Society. Bella is a 4-year-old female pit mix that couldn't be sweeter. Bella came in with a single puppy that left the shelter fast, and is now alone.

Pets of the week for the week of June 1 from White County Animal Control and Charles Smithgall Humane Society. Adalyn is an 8-month-old female who is super sweet. Adalyn enjoys being petted, and lying in someone’s lap.

Pets of the week for the week of May 25 from White County Animal Control and Charles Smithgall Humane Society. Barkley is a love. He’s 11 months old and absolutely stunning. Barkley is thought to be a terrier mix. He is 39 pounds of adorableness. He loves being around people, dogs and cats.

Pets of the week for the week of May 18 from Charles Smithgall Humane Society. At Charles Smithgall Humane Society, Woodrow is a fantastic dog. He’s housetrained and leashed trained. He loves walks, car rides and playing in water. Woodrow loves his people.

Pets of the week for the week of May 11 from  Charles Smithgall Humane Society. At Charles Smithgall Humane Society, Pete is a six-year-old plott hound/boxer mix. He weighs 50 pounds. Pete is a love. He walks well on a leash and enjoys being out and about. He’s a quiet and calm dog.
