Man rescued after falling on Yonah Mountain

A man had to be rescued after falling from the rock face of Yonah Mountain on Sunday, Sept. 15. White County firefighters responded to the call around 4 p.m. about a 55-year-old male falling, according to White County Public Safety Director David Murphy.

Authorities searching for missing person and vehicle

A Cleveland has been reported missing, and local law enforcement is looking for his vehicle in hopes that it will provide some answers.  A friend filed a missing person report Monday, Sept. 9, for 42-year-old Bobby Levesque, according to Capt. Rick Kelley of the White County Sheriff’s Office.

GROW program to offer support for grandparents, others raising children
