In a surprising turn of events, the Georgia High School Association approved a plan Monday to delay the start of the 2020 high school football season.
With all the unknowns of COVID-19 and school starting back in the fall, the White County School System is offering students the option of attending classes in-person or through digital/online learning.
White County High School will hold its second graduation for the Class of 2020 – in a traditional outside setting – this Saturday, July 25.
Data from the Georgia Department of Public Health indicates confirmed COVID-19 cases in White County have become more frequent recent weeks.
