Another candidate has announced plans to run for White County probate judge. Randall Townley says he is seeking the office because he wants serve. “That’s what brings me here – my service to the people and the way I’ve worked in the communities,” Townley said.

Armed robbery investigation leads to arrests

Several people were arrested following an alleged armed robbery on Monday, Jan. 6. Deputies responded to a report of an assault at the Yonah Mountain Trailhead parking lot, according to White County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Clay Hammond.
