WCMS second at state meet

by Mark Turner White County News   The White County Middle School cross country team travelled to Bleckley County last weekend to compete in the Georgia Middle School State Championships and brought back a runner-up trophy. The Warriors finished second among 17 teams in the Division 3 race.

Wesleyan pulls off upset

by Mark Turner White County News   After steamrolling through the first two rounds of the Region 7-AAA volleyball tournament, White County was upset in the championship match, with Wesleyan denying the Lady Warriors' bid to win their second consecutive region title.

Warriors suffer frustrating region loss to Wesleyan, 27-24

Title time: Lady Warriors chase 7-AAA championship

Strong Start: Warriors open region play with 24-14 road win
