by Mark Turner White County News   The dominance continues for the White County High School girl's basketball after picking up three more double-digit wins since Thanksgiving. The Lady Warriors improved to 6-0 on the year with a 71-13 win over Habersham Central Tuesday night in Mt. Airy.

Champs Again: Lady Bears win AAC soccer title

Staff report   F or the second time in two years, the Truett McConnell Lady Bears are the Appalachian Athletic Conference Tournament Champions. The Lady Bears (17-2-2) captured their second consecutive conference tournament title last Friday with a 1-0 win over Tennessee Wesleyan.

Collins named top AD

by Mark Turner White County News White County High School athletic director Lloyd Collins was recently named the Region 7-AAA AD of the Year. Collins is in the middle of his third year as the school's AD and has played a huge on in the development of the program, both on and off the field.

WCHS teams earn Top 10 finishes
