Lady Warriors third at North Hall meet

The White County High School cross country teams took part in the third annual North Hall Invitational last week in Gainesville. The Lady Warriors put together a solid effort, finishing third among 11 teams in the girl's division, while the Warriors were 10th in the boy's race.

WCHS receives grant for teaching vocational skills

White County High School has received $8,000 for vocational training curriculum for students with disabilities. WCHS special education teacher Cynthia Vaughn applied for the grant through the Georgia Department of Education, to better assist her students.
