Street racing incident turns deadly

Authorities say a street-racing incident turned deadly Saturday morning when a high-speed chase that started in Union County and continued into White County resulted in one driver dead, the other under arrest and a third man who was struck during the pursuit hospitalized with serious injuries.

Drama Department to perform ‘Legally Blonde’ at WCHS for next two weekends

The White County High School drama department is starting performances of Legally Blonde the Musical beginning Thursday, April 21 on the main stage. This is the musical version of the beloved novel by Amanda Brown and the 2001 movie of the same name that featured Reese Witherspoon as Elle Woods.
