CPD is Agency of Year for traffic safety work

The Cleveland Police Department was recently recognized for its work in traffic safety. The CPD was named Agency of the Year on Sept. 9 by the Northeast Traffic Enforcement Network (NETEN), which falls under the Georgia Governor’s Office of Highway Safety.

Lady Warriors third at North Hall meet

The White County High School cross country teams took part in the third annual North Hall Invitational last week in Gainesville. The Lady Warriors put together a solid effort, finishing third among 11 teams in the girl's division, while the Warriors were 10th in the boy's race.
