A Cleveland man has been charged with child molestation. Timothy Early Motes, 52, was arrested on Thursday, March 5, on charges of sexual battery and child molestation. The White County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a sexual assault on Feb. 13, according to a statement from WCSO Capt.
