The White County Lady Warriors made a little history last week at the 7-AAAA volleyball tournament. The squad posted a third-place finish, earning a spot in the Class AAAA tournament.

WC runners set for region

If there's any question about Region 7-AAAA being the best region in the state for cross country, take a peak at the latest Class AAAA rankings. The region has four teams in the Top 10 girls' list, including White County High School, while five teams are ranked in the Top 10 on the boys' side.

Five Warriors on the squad

The White County Lady Warriors missed out on the Class AAAA softball playoffs this year, but the program is still well-represented on the 7-AAAA All-Region squad. The All-Region team was announced this week and WCHS had five players selected to the squad, which was voted on by the region coaches.
The White County High School JROTC Raider squad had another stellar effort at an event last weekeend at Grayson High School in Gwinnett County. Both the mixed team and male team brought home trophies. The male team finished third in CCR, PTT, and rope bridge, while the mixed team was first in the tire flip, PPT and CCR, and third in the team run and rope bridge. (Photo/WCHS)

Warriors rally for a Trojan takedown

There's no such thing as a bad win; but some wins just mean a little bit more. Last Friday night in Gainesville, the White County Warriors (3-1) picked up a win they will remember for a long time, rallying from an 11-point deficit in the fourth quarter to knock off North Hall, 34-31.
