Freudenberg-NOK secures grant for WCHS equipment

White County High School’s industrial maintenance program has received a boost from the Cleveland plant of Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies. Company representatives presented a check for $57,630 to the White County Board of Education at a media event at the high school on Thursday, Sept. 26.

Charges pending in fatal accident

Charges are pending in a fatal three-vehicle accident that occurred today that involved a 92-year-old Cleveland man. The accident occurred at approximately 12:45 p.m. on Alt. 75 at its intersection with John Head Road, according to Cpl Josh Hedden with Georgia State Patrol Post 6.
