Some White County Water Authority customers could see a slight increase in their bills beginning next month.
White County is approaching 700 total confirmed cases of COVID-19, but new reports slowed over the past week after a span of recent increases, according to a Georgia Department of Public Health report.

A rabid raccoon in the Brookwood Village Drive area is the 17th confirmed rabies case in White County for 2020.
A rabid skunk in the Grover Miles Road area is the 16th confirmed rabies case in White County for 2020.
There have been 659 total confirmed COVID-19 cases in White County since the start of the pandemic, according to the update on Sunday, Sept. 13, on the Georgia Department of Public Health's website.
